How to Speed up the Start Menu Access

If you feel START MENU in Windows XP running too long, you can make it faster to accelerate the START MENU tips below: Tip of times, we use the facility registry editor (Regedit).
The steps are as follows :
* Make sure you back up your Registry to anticipate the things that we do not want.
* Open Regedit by clicking Start>> Run>> then type in regedit followed by the ENTER or OK to perform the Registry Editor window, as below.
 Then click on HKEY_CURRENT_USER>> CONTROL PANEL>> DESKTOP
* Then move to the right column, scroll down and find the variable MenuShowDelay. Change the default value of 400 into a smaller amount.
* Make a double click on the edit window pops up MenuShowDelay string
* Then fill it with value 0 or according to your wishes.

The smaller the value the faster and conversely the greater the value the more it will slow. You can try to see the difference.
* Continue by pressing OK.
* Then restart the computer or log off continued with the login again.

Now, make sure you see the difference.
